ZERO This "business" should be stripped of their license to practice.Not only is the front office staff rude and unapologetic, when there is an issue, the manager will refuse to discuss or apologize for the situation.Zero customer service or integrity.When I scheduled an appointment, that was verified through text message, upon arrival I was rudely told to "re-schedule" and the manager was "too busy" to speak with me.Based off their "************** & Responsibilities" they have infringed on several levels that their own webs... read more

when trying to look at records online it tell you that the location needs to set up a patient portal yet when you call no one answers to ask bout how you get this done.lousy company to get any type of service from

The exam staff was excellent. Then the problems started trying to get a clean exam report for myself and my primary care doctor. Website and portal are worthless. Help and chat feature is worthless. They need to do a much better job.

SimonMed is the absolute worst. Back in the early days they used to be one of the best in the business. Now they are hands down the bottom of the pit. On 3 different occasions I have made or had made by doctors appointments for tests. When I arrive fir the **** told there is nothing scheduled in the system. 3 TIMES! Once was an online scheduled appointment. They told me there are frequent issues with that booking system that result in them not showing up on the schedule. Absolute worse. Good luck even trying to make an appointment. I tried 4 times to talk to someone who could speak English well enough to be understood. This company has gone in the toilet in the last 5 years.

SimonMed has a consumer rating of 1.25 stars from 4 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. SimonMed ranks 80th among Medical Equipment sites. Incompetence is the best word. Don't use any of their offices.

I had been to Simon Med in the past with no issue. This time i needed an MRI on my ankle for a possible break in the bone or tendon. I called their appointment line, got a third world vendor, gave them my United Health Care info and group number. I stated Simon had Blue Cross from my last time but was invalid. I also stated neither plan required an approval as they are large group plans. I went yesterday at 2:00 for my 2:30 appointment. The office was a mess. I went to SimonMed for an ultrasound. While at the clinic, the entire staff seemed incredibly nonchalant about their jobs, a clear indicator they're not happy employees. After being quoted ~$36 and later receiving a bill for the same amount, I assumed I had paid in full. It took three requests to finally have them send the test results to my physician. ZERO STARS IS MY REAL ANSWER! I currently have a 12pm appointment, it's currently 11:37am. I call 1 hr and 12 minutes ago to verify my insurance is covering this and I won't have to pay any money out of pocket. I'm STILL on hold and this will make the 3rd appointment Simon Med and their incompetence has made me miss. A MRI and now a mammogram and pelvic ultrasound.
