Last Friday November 27, 2020, the front desk employees were only wearing shields, no face masks (surgical or cloth). Business COVID guidelines were not followed. Employees do not know the guidelines for when radiology orders expire. Their scheduling department scheduled my appointment at the wrong location (The Fountains instead of Surprise Stadium). I was referred to the location on Oak St. in Kissimmee, FL for an MRI. Although I had met my yearly deductible and out-of-pocket expenses with my insurance company, I was forced to pay a $95 co-pay. The procedure was performed on August 18, 2020 and my insurance company paid SimonMed Imaging on September 9, 2020. I have called this company a minimum of 8 times inquiring about my refund of $95. 13 days and counting I still have no mammogram report: I had a mammogram on 11/05/2020 at SimonMed Imaging Sun lake / Chandler, AZ When I arrived I also walked right back out. The waiting room did not Covid precautions taken accept for a, masking tape between every other chair; this was to block a person from sitting. The tape had written on it "don’t sit here"... Customer service girls infront are rude and not professional at all i heard one of the girls talking about one of the patients and how she was tired of seeing them.. The other girl at the counter tossed my ID and insurance cards all rudely and tossed the paperwork with clip board and I say girl because a Woman would not be so childish to disrespect nor talk about an elderly patient. This company is boarding on FRAUD!!! I was sent to them by my primary Doctor for a CT scan. I was told that I could get a scan for $71.00 dollars if I paid in cash/credit card. I went to their site in Queen Creek AZ. I was told in needed to pay for the scan before they would due the scan. I was told I could pay with my credit card ($71 dollars). I got a mammogram yesterday october 28th 3.15pm at the west colonial location in ocoee FL. The two ladles in the room where the mammograms are done were complaining about a co worker that left early causing patients to wait 4hrs. They lady who did my mammogram treated me like a piece of meat. Seriously she just grabbed my breasts and pulled them onto the tray. She then put the the top bar down so hard immediately. Unethical practices and the customer service line that I cannot share is horrible! It has been close to 2 months to get a refund of $80 back to my card and every time I call they say they need to place an investigation for an approval or that the refund was already placed. Lies upon lies from all of the agents I have spoken with. They should have never have taken out the $80 in the first place since I called to make sure my card was removed, which it wasn't even and they said that card would not be charged. On Tuesday, 10/13, at about 10:45 AM, I received a call from Martha to schedule an MRI. I was driving, minutes away from my destination and told her I couldn’t talk. She said to call her back. I did so about 1:30 PM that same day. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, I spoke with a representative and told her I spoke with Martha earlier and could she, the gal I was talking to, schedule the MRI. After seeing my doctor due to alarming symptoms they drew bloodwork which had alarming results. My doctor sat me down explaining that it was most likely due to a tumor in my pituitary gland, and I would need to get a scan to confirm to start treatment. I had to call Simon med to schedule an appointment, and after an hour and a half finally reached a rude representative. The earliest they could get me in was three weeks out.
