food takes hour to make! need to be family area where family can jump together!
Took my son here for his 7th birthday. What a day ruined and wasted. Happy Birthday. First of all we waited for a half an hour for our food and the poor kid working by himself at the food stand got swamped and didn’t even start our food. Not his fault but he also should have been trained to call for back up. The assistant manager did come over and give us an extra half an hour of jump time for the time we lost waiting for our food that wasn’t even being prepared. Your every step there saying don’t go here or don’t go there then u go where they tell u to go in some one else comes in say don’t go there I take my family out every weekend never again at sky zone
Wonderful clean place with fantastic equipment, but a joke for toddlers. You have to keep toddlers quarantined to a tiny area, can not upgrade to jump in bigger areas, parents can not jump with kids and are told they can not sit. So here pay us money and you go stand for an hour while trying to keep your toddler out of the other jump areas. Today was our first time going to Sky Zone and what a mess. We went as a family but then ended up being split up because of age groups. My daughter that is 9 wasn't allowed to be with the rest of us. For being a family oriented place this wasn't very family oriented. She didn't want to jump by herself she wanted to be with the rest of us. The staff treated my grandchildren unfairly. They were only given a small place to “play” and left crying 😭.
