Went here tonight maybe about less than an hour ago, had a terrible experience i spent 70 dollars to get my friends and in it was a group of 4, a manager came up to us saying that she needed to talk to all of us while I was ordering slushees with one of my friends and the the others were still jumping so and I said she could tell me what the problem was and i kept insisting that she may go get them herself since she wouldn’t agree with that. The majority of staff member were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and short. There were 2 members I encountered that was excellent compared to the 6 that were just plain rude! I did like the facility and think its great that they have separate jumps for toddlers!
I love skyzone and never had a problem with them besides that it's a little pricey but I dont recommend glow night we tried it for the first time last night. I paid for my tickets online. It said come 15 minutes early we went a half hour early just to be safe. we were suppose to start jumping at 8 and my kids didnt get to jump until 8:20. RecommendedHaving a weekend away from home for valentines with our 2 and 4 year old boys. Spent an hour here during toddler time. It’s our first experience at a trampoline place; we LOVED it and would come back if in the area again.

be careful when you're here. my husband fell off the zip line and landed on his neck. the zip line isn't for everybody. my husband is still in a neck brace 4 months later.
There is no notification that the homeschool hop was canceled for today (November 26, 2019) and we drove all the way from Milford! It even still showed it on your Facebook page as an event. Very frustrating. Also, I’m not sure why every other promotion is jump for an hour for $9.99 but for us homeschoolers it is $10.99? Might be a few reasons why people don’t come?
