Revisited today, changed my four stars to one, took 4 kids, spent $60 on admission (due to a 'sale' it's usual more), three of the kids are in 5th grade, and yet they split the kids up in different groups, when I asked worker she said the groups are automatic and can't be fixed but that they would be able to play dodge ball together, the main thing they wanted to do, then another guy running the dodge ball said no they can't put groups "B and C" together, so I asked for a manager and this woman walked out with an attitude, I... read more
We went this morning, at the counter the girl had let us know we could jump with our 5yr old on the long trampolines side by side not the same one. We got there right when it opened so the longs one were open, but the employees at the top said no and my husband had to go to the older (adult end). At the end of our session I went back up to the desk and ask who was correct. They said we should of been allowed to jump on the long ones, there are no age restrictions on those ones. The place is way to strict, the set up way just a huge mess, most of the time was just waiting around for someone to tell you where to go and once you do find where to go your jump times almost up
So thanks for ruining my daughters 5th birthday by not allowing us to jump as a family! I will not be back to you in Mishawaka. Don't come if you want to have fun as a FAMILY!!
I am seriously disappointed I can't jump with my family because of age restriction! I mean come on. We have gone to different ones and we could all jump together. Don't know if we will come back. I also have a parent pass and for what I can't even get close to take pictures. Not happy at all!
