For older kids it's great but not family friendly. Took my 12 year old brother and 4 year old daughter. Most of the staff was okay but one young girl was very stiff on rules when it came to accompanying little kids. A lady next to us had a daughter who was struggling and needed help jumping into the foam zone. But was told they weren't allowed to be on the platform. If you can take someone's money that has special needs, their needs should be accommodated. Can't be in the same square as my child.. really?
We've been to this Skyzone twice now. The first time was a Friday night in October. It wasn't busy at all and my 3 kids (9,7 & 3) could jump and move freely. They had a great time. We went again last night for a birthday party and I was very disappointed. They were so busy, every square was full. I took my 3 year old into the family area, where again, every square was full. Horrible Experience...The Management Over books and Doesn't care !
PLEASE SHARE....I need to vent out to my Facebook family, about the deplorable management and thier practices at Sky zone. I took my 4 kids there earlier this year. The manager knowing over booked/sold move spots then they had room for kids to jump, so all my kids did was stand in lines at this visit. I talked to the manager after 20 mins and requested a refund of our 60 min session. They refused and instead gave us gift vouchers for another visit. No long rant here. It was fun but too many kids. And they wouldnt open the second dodgeball pit...so overcrowding on everything else
Very upset that your guys are closed on mondays and what was worst after promising my kids we would go is that a guy and his daughter walked in right before us and was told that they were closed very rudeing had to listen to my kids cry about 30'mins because u guys are closed on a Monday really on a Monday
This place sucks. I've been 2 times and there are so many dang rules, there's less things you can do than can't do. I brought my 2 year old and I wasn't allowed to stand on the same trampoline as him....don't jump too high, too low, too happy, just one bounce in one spot by yourself with your arms at your side.
