Seriously the worst place to have a birthday party for toddlers. The staff were very mean and rude to the kids. They would not let the kids play together and kept telling me that I need to explain to my 2-YEAR OLD that she can’t jump with her friends. It was for my sons birthday so I bought 6 passes and then added the glow shirts for an extra 5 bucks after we stood there for 5 minutes with the teenagers working playing on their phones not wanting to wait on us. Then they separated the group by giving them different letters so we had to go take away jump time to fix it, then ordered chicken strips , waited 25 minutes to be told they were burnt and we could wait another 15 minutes for more. I came to skyzone on glow night tonight with my 3 kids. 1st I had a free 30 min pass, they said I could not use it on glow night, it did not say that on the website or the pass. 2nd I had to buy a glow shirt, which I knew, however they didn't have any close to my size in any color. Brought my boys and a friend of my oldest Saturday for open jump. And the overall experience was great. Kids had a blast, they checked us right in, staff was very nice. My complaint is how the concessions are ran. Only 1 register. Saturday is busy. Understandable. But there is only 1 register and 1 cashier running the concessions. And he's running around grabbing all his own orders. I stood in line for over 20 min for drinks because the cashier had to keep running away to the back or running his own drink orders.
