I think it's about time I speak my mind, I loved Skyzone, I worked there from the time they opened up until recently. When I started there it was great, the managers were fun, my coworkers were great, and the overall environment of the place was great. But it changed fast, the managers stopped caring about us, we were consistently reminded that there was a stack of applications and people waiting to take our jobs, and that we could easily be replaced. We went to Sky Zone Mishawaka today with our 3 kids (ages 7, 5 and 2) for a friends daughters birthday party. Everything went smoothly in the beginning. We had a jump time of 12:30-2:00. The staff on the floor were friendly and really calm and understanding with my 2 year old, who didn't want to stay in his age section and kept coming out to jump with his older brother and sister. 2:00 comes around and we gather the kids to go to the party room. I was there recently and I was injured the employees would not help me up they so worried about getting sewed .
Really disappointed it's very unorganized here. I don't care if I ever come back.
Not a safe place several people broken a leg and can't sued them for it the staff is too busy to keep a eye out for non safe stuffs
Very very very unsatisfied I am not one to write posts but I had to for this! I just called today for details to have my sons Bday party at the Mishawaka, IN location but horrible customer service over the phone. I spoke with Beth and she was extremely rude! I was just asking general questions each response was snippy. It was like she didn't even want to answer my Qs. I also asked if you're able to bring you're own pizza.
