We were only there 15 min because it was way to crowded and my daughter couldn't even get a trampoline to jump on! It was ridiculous. There should be a limit on how many people are allowed in per hour.
I brought my two sons ages 4 and 6. The six year old wanted to play dodge ball and was told he could. A few older kids jumped in the game and he was immediately thrown out of the game. He was in tears. They should have a separate area for younger kids who want to play. My youngest son 4 got bored pretty quickly and didn't want to stay for the full hour.
Too rushed, after opening presents .Would never have a party there again.!
I come to a place where they wouldn't even let me jump with my own daughter. I was told by the full teenage staff that we have to jump separately. I've been too many trampoline parks and this is the only one that wouldn't let me jump with my 3 year old. It is also very small and gets boring after 20 minutes as there isn't much to do unlike the other ones I've been. Definitely not worth the trip.
Toddler time is great for the under 5 crowd...open jump, not so much. A million rules and you pay the same price as the big kids when little ones are only able to do half as much. So many rules! I guess I just feel like it's a fully-padded trampoline park...how can they really get that hurt?! Bottom line, if you have small kids, go to toddler time! Or to the park...it's way cheaper �
The majority of staff member were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and short. There were 2 members I encountered that was excellent compared to the 6 that were just plain rude! I did like the facility and think its great that they have separate jumps for toddlers!
it definitely was not worth the money..my one year old couldn't hold my hand so she could jump..i was expected to stand on the center things that weren't very stable and hold her hand
It was packed and the place was a little messy but he kids had fun so that's all that matters
