The kids had fun but my opinion it's way overpriced
I visited Sky Zone for the first time yesterday. I definitely have mixed feelings about my family's experience. My 8 year old daughter had a blast but as a parent not so much for me. I signed a waiver which I totally understand. But with that said, I was told I could not jump in same section as my child. She was to jump in zone A or B and me all the way over in D. I feel the staff were real rude when it came time for them to end our party we were invited too. First of all they messed up and didn't have a room or host for my friends party.. Then finally a room opened up and was told we had it for as long as we want.. Well not long after we had staff coming in rudely and just taking kids plates and throwing stuff away talking about we have to go because they have another party booked in five mins.. Didn't get to serve cake or nothing for the party... Smh
It's an OK place. Something different for the kids to do. However there are not many different activities and prices are ridiculous I spent 30 for 3 kids to jump 30 mins. Should at least be an hour worth. How do they expect big families to be able to afford this?
This was our first time here and it was for my son's 10th Birthday. I felt that the staff was rude, I feel it's rediculous that for two 1yr olds we had to pay the same price as older kids, 1yr olds don't know how to jump and the parent's can't jump with them, the pizza was just ok. The only reason I will return to this one in February is because my youngest wants his party there and I get $25.00 off of his party.
I was playing dodgeball yesterday and I got hit in the eye
My daughter enjoyed it. However she had a minor accident someone took the cubes from the pit and threw it at her it hit her eye(completely a accident) . She got a little upset because "it hurt" so we sat out for a bit a employee (Garret)(i hope thats his name) saw she was crying and spent a good 5-10 mins talking to her and cheering her up. He went above his job duties to cheer up a little girl. I however didnt care too much for the place i couldn't jump with my daughter. Not sure if will be back�
1st time there, took my 7 & 14 yr old grand kids and daughter. Kind of pricey for 2 hrs. After about 1 hr they were ready to go. Refreshments where $$$$. I see they have birthday parties there too, that could good if you can afford it .Been there done it, dout we will go back.
My first time there was last night my son was feeling well they where more then understanding with a refund definitely be going back
