When I first signed, my initial closing estimate date was continuously moved back. It was a two-month delay. They said it was just the weather, but it was due to a dispute with a contract that needed to be signed.
They build a quality product. I have been involved directly and indirectly in building and the structure and the way they built it is a quality product.
I would recommend Smith Douglas for building a new home, but would give a list of a few items that the buyer would need to watch closely.
The homes are fairly well built and a good value for new home owners.
We think we built a beautiful home for a very reasonable price!
