Professional and personal experience
Need to have the homeowners association be more timely in answering questions. It’s been two weeks and no answer on putting a shed in my yard.
Good build quality, Good floor plans within budget
My experience was great from start to finish.
Penny ensured everything went smoothly, was patient as we made our selections, and was very hospitable throughout. We loved the cutting board gift.
Yes very good quality of homes
Everyone from the selling agent to the chief builder was greatly helpful in the process of choosing, customizing, and moving into our new home. The home buying process can be a very stressful task, but they made it go smoothly and worry-free. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am thankful for their work.
For the price point (in this day and age), I would recommend to my friends. And (as of now) I feel like the construction of the home is good and the look of the community is very nice.
I would and do recommend this team. Very pleased with our experience!
