They actually gave me the opportunity of a lifetime. I've been in the market for a home for a while, and other builders didn't communicate well with me. They cared about putting a roof over my head and about the fact that I am a veteran.
There are some things I think they did a great job with. However, some things are of poor quality.
Honestly, the build quality of the house is great. There are few things that I feel were cheaped out on like using pine straw instead of mulch (with exception of the model). There are no glaring issues with the build or builder. On the sales side, we had a pretty awful experience. Our sales person Ron pretty much ignored us throughout the build process. Eventually, we got D Hunter involved, and she was friendly and helpful, up until we closed and then when we found out we wouldn't have Internet for 3-4 weeks because the line... read more
