Richard Sluznis went out of his way to assure my wife and I that Ponderosa would be beneficial for us both. My wife has mobility issues and the fact that Smith Douglas would put in ramps (concrete!!) and had large doorways and a tool in shower was an answer to prayer
The whole process, the price, the materials are done with expertise. Communication is great.

My contract was cancelled because Smith Douglas said my time expired to get financing with Movement Mortgage. I received an email saying they were keeping my $11,500 I put down as good faith funds. I tried explaining the situation I was having with their preferred lender but it fell on deaf ears. I contacted my lender from my previous house and he had me pre-approved in 24 hours and convinced SD to reinstate my good faith funds because I did nothing wrong.
