Very easy to work with and homes are well built.
The selected neighborhoods are great, and the options available are quite decent. However, the quality of some of the materials used could be significantly improved.
Jeanette’s overall knowledge of the purchase to build to closing was impressive and very helpful in our decision to buy. The entire process was seamless, and as an out of state purchaser, that was a caveat.
It was a very smooth and easy process, from the sale agent Patty to the construction manager Eric. I would recommend.
