I purchased an Angie's Deal offering cleaning services from Soft Touchto have a home I hadjust purchased cleaned before moving in. The previous owners had pets (cat and dog) and had not cleaned the home, including the bathrooms, in some time. The Soft Touch team (of 2) arrived promptly, got right to work, and worked non-stop for 3 hours (a total of 6 man hours). They did a thorough cleaning of my 2br/3 bath condo. They worked diligently, and listened to where I wanted the emphasis. <br /> Everything looked wonderful and smelled great when they were finished. <br /> I am very happy with their service and would use them again and recommend them. <br />

I was very pleased with the cleaning. Jorge and family are very professional and thorough. The only negative was that they were a half hour late, without notification. However, I realized that Jorge did not have my phone number as we had done any previous communication via email.The ad is a little ambiguous. I was under the assumption that I would get 6 hours of cleaning for $99.00., two hours each for three visits. This is not the case. One word- Excellent!!! I have used numerous housecleaning companies within the past four years, and while most have been fairly good, this is the first time someone has really impressed me. From the beginning, the owner remained in contact with me via phone, email and text to get all the right information and he and his crew arrived on-time!!!! Jorge and his family have been helping us for the last few years. They are punctual or Jorge calls/txt if they may be late or even early! Jorge and his family are thoughtful about taking their shoes off before entering the house; they are hardworking and methodical and most of all - they love and tolerate our bossy Maltese! <br /> <br />

I could not be happier with Soft Touch. They clean my home every other Monday and work with me closely on the timing of the cleaning. They cater to my schedule and have even come to clean with very little notice when I had a schedule change. They are thorough in the manner in which they clean and are also willing to pay special attention to areas that require additional attention. Jorge always calls if they are delayed, which is rarely, and he is very agreeable when I have to change the cleaning date because of travel or other reasons. That was not true when they worked at the other service, whose owner always made me feel I was inconveniencing him when I called to change the date. The house always looks clean and smells great after they leave. They could not be more pleasant and friendly, and always work quietly and efficiently. <br /> <br />
