Corresponded through Angie's List. They initially contacted me and then didn't any more. I reached out a total of 3 times and never heard a response.
Very poor communication . . . (10/15/2019) would be my second time using Soft Touch Cleaning Services. I had great difficulty reaching anyone scheduling my first service, nonetheless, I was able to schedule. The professionals did a very good job - I give their cleaning 4/5 stars. I had a second appointment scheduled for 10/15/2019 btwn 2-3pm arrival time. At 3:05pm I text Jorge requesting an updated arrival time - no response. Damaged Venetian Blinds: They were bent in the master bedroom yet none of the 3 cleaners came to tell me about the problen! Then Jorge (the manager) took more than 6 Weeks to honor his commitment to fix the problem! I had considered staying with the company and just having the manager send a second, more reliable team, but Jorge seemed too distracted or busy to arrange another cleaning!
I hate to leave a bad review being in a customer service oriented career, but I have to speak out about my experience. I spoke on the phone with Softtouch the week before they were supposed to come to the house. The day of the cleaning at 9AM I called and asked where they were and they said I was not on the schedule, despite having a text message from them confirming the appointment! THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED SESSION. They haven't responded to my email and phone either. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Stay away!
