My wife was responsible enough to book this cleaning a month in advance so that everything would go smooth, and now a week before thanksgiving they send an email with a story about why they will be unable to come anytime the ENTIRE week. DO NOT use this company, they are very unprofessional and were not at all apologetic on the phone. The acted like my wife was wasting their time when she called. The seemed to think it would be ok if they came the week after Thanksgiving....long story short, choose someone else.
They were very responsive and were happy to take the job. They told me they would clean from 11-12, so I left work and came home to let them in. At 11:30 they were still not here. I called the office to inquire and he told me that 11-12 was the window for them to arrive. That was never communicated! When I told them that I had to get back to work and couldn't stay he made it seem like my fault because they didn't communicate. We apologize about this. When you called we were on our way to your house, and we're expecting to arrive at your house at 12:00 pm. You needed to leave by 1:00 pm, unfortunately our cleanings sessions do not take 1 hour. We at least need 2 hours to compete the job with 3 people. Please forgive us if there was a miscommunication.
Couldn't get company to respond to actually schedule an appointment.

We did contact you through Angie's List Message Center that we were working on the dates you requested, we had a day & time for your cleaning 2 weeks in advance of the days you requested but you were not interested anymore. If you still want us to give us a try please let us know.
This was not what I had expected after reading so many reviews. Though I did run across some that had experienced the same difficulty I have. When they couldn't meet my requested date , they gave me one. That didn't meet my schedule. I countered with another possibility and never heard back from them. I want a refund.
Provider could not meet any of my appointment requests two weeks out. After I agreed to an amended time, the next contact had the wrong date and time setup that we agreed to. When i replied to inform them they were wrong and I needed it fix they never contacted me back. My next attempt went unaswered also.
Purchased the Angie's List big deal. SoftTouch contacted me two days later to say they would get back to me to schedule within 1.5 weeks from then, which didn't seem right...Without my knowledge, they sent another cleaning company they had contracted for our work. The two cleaners who came did OK work, but not the full scope of the services that were stated in the package.
Company informed me via email several days after purchase that they couldn't do the work for at least 2 more week.
It took multiple weeks to get an appointment set up. Then on the day I had scheduled the appointment they tell me it is going to be an additional three hours until they arrive. I had to take off work and they did not even make it a priority to arrive near their scheduled time.
