3 PEOPLE ARRIVED APPROX. ON TIME,I TOURED THE PROPERTY WITH THEM,SHOWED THEM SOME OF MY PRODUCTS TO USE.AFTER LEAVING I FOUND SOME PLACES MISSED IN SWEEPING AND DUSTY,CLEAR GLASS SURVICES SMEARED AND STAIRWAY MISSED ENTIRELY,
I messaged them twice to get scheduled and the last that I heard from them was eight days ago. They told me at that time they would have an appointment for me by the end of the week and they would let me know asap. That came and went and I still have not heard from them. At this point, they are unable to communicate to schedule appointment so I am afraid that this will reflect as well on the day of the appointment.
To start off, they never showed to my first appointment. I waited 1 hour to call the owner, and he stated he had me down for a different day and time entirely. However, I know I never would have made that appointment bacause I work every day of that week at that specified time. So I had to reschedule, which nothing was available for another month. SoftTouch posted an Angie's List coupon for six person-hours of cleaning for $111. I contacted them by email to ask if this coupon was usable for a deep clean. They told me that it was for a regular cleaning only (3 people x 2 hours), but that a deep cleaning would cost $260. I scheduled the deep cleaning, which was to include the inside of the fridge and the oven. Unfortunately we did provide you with many dates that were available and we never received a response, neither a call.
Scheduled this company to preform an"Eco-Friendly"clean ofa new home purchase (completely empty). Return communication was pretty bad. If I hadn't started working on scheduling them a month out, I would not have had time to arrange it. The day of service, company called my three times at work to ask questions about things I had already sent e-mails about (ie garage code). The house was clean when they left, but definitely not a Deep Clean. Refrigerator only slightly cleaned , dust under furniture. Not worth the extra paid for deep clean, better off to just hire regular cleaning. My home isn't even extremely dirty.
Never could get a hold of them to get the work done.

I hired another company. Soft Touch said to call Angie's List for a refund.
