They didn't show and claimed that they show no record that a purchase was made through angie's list. I sent them copies of the receipt, and they asked me to check the name. The name matched to the letter, but they haven't contacted me back. It should be obvious that I need the service done. In this case I really think the right thing to do is to show up for the work and then figure out what and where the payment is during or after the work is complete. I was extremely disappointed. We'd used this service before with excellent results. Unfortunately this time they did a completely sub-standard job. We asked they focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning floors. Examples are that the master bath's garbages weren't emptied and they didn't wipe down/off the countertops (toothbrush holder still had paste deposit and dust on the containers). They didn't wash the floors and barely dusted any surface. <br />

I just asked that they clean both bathrooms and mop my floors. They had a crew of three and struggles to get these areas done in an hour. My home is not big. I had a cat that got sick on my hardwoods and they mopped around it rather than mopping it up. I also have a slate shower that they clearly used a rough brush on because it now has scratch marks. I never heard from the company to see how my first cleaning with until an e-mail stated they would be there the next week at the same time to clean. I was very disappointed in ... read more

Services scheduled for 8-9 a.m. After calling the service I was told 10 a.m. Crew arrived at 10:30 with no clue of what was needed to be done. I had to point out each area to be cleaned and what they should do. When they said they would clean only the outside of the refrigerator I told them to cancel. They said that since they were late they would do the inside as well (which was pretty clean already). <br /> The two-person crew that arrived was not from Soft Touch Cleaning, but from a third party cleaning service.
