Loved the accountability and support. When I had a question about a product , if it was on the plan, I would take a picture of it and sent it to our nutritionist and she would always reply with an answer
The plan is easy to follow and the help has been awesome. I talk to Manu weekly and she is always friendly and answers any questions I have. Yea! I have lost 39.7 lbs so far.

Our experience with Mariana and SOTA weight loss has been so helpful, eye-opening, and educational. Mariana is a great cheerleader and mentor in the process.
