If you would have told me 4 months ago I would be down 50lbs, I would have laughed. Just like I did when I would see any weight loss commercials. SOTA is different, and I LOVE it. Their true goal is get you to loose and maintain weight on your own. I am so grateful for them and their program. I feel so much better in every aspect of my life!
