Sota is a game changer. The staff is awesome. My weight was 272lbs. I have been 150lbs for over a year. Sota will teach how to eat food. Sota will teach you what food to stay away from eating. Sota also teaches you how to read labels. Sota is life changing.❤️❤️❤️
Everything about my experience with SOTA has been AMAZING. I have gained so much information and knowledge about Food, meal planning and how to SHOP joyfully. Probably my most favorite part about the program is having a team of support . I have loved getting to know and working with Allison, Larissa, Becca, and Blanca . The counselor that I met with was excellent. She spend as much time with me as I needed to answer all my questions. She was very specific and I'm excited!
