I've lost 40 pounds and hit my goal weight in January. I've appreciated the support of the SOTA staff guiding me along the way. The recipes from the SOTA website are amazing, easy to make, satisfying and have become a regular part of my daily diet. I feel great, no more hip pain and lower blood pressure. I'm a loyal fan.

While I appreciate the weekly check-in with a nutritionist, it would be more helpful to see an ongoing spreadsheet showing opportunities and progress. Mostly, I'm frustrated with what little I receive for such an expensive program. The food choices are limited and have little to no good flavor or taste.
I put in some weight after an injury requiring limited activity. I went back in and am so grateful for the “no shame” approach… just a plan for getting where I need to be!

When ever you feel doubtful about your food journey SOTA will help put your mind at ease. There is an explanation of both weight gain and weight loss. It’s always encouraging to speak to a food counselor. I’m so thankful for SOTA.
