Hello Russ, happy to hear we were able to take care of you during COVID over-the-phone. We have over 30 different nutritional food products with different tastes and textures, everyone can find 5-8 they love? We can also integrate regular foods into your diet protocol as well. You should have been able to exercise, we have significantly reduced your dietary carbs/sugars because it is the carbs that make us fat and sick. Healthy proteins, vegetables and healthy fats will satiate you and as you start to your fat stores you will have plenty of energy to exercise per your nutritionist recomendations. All we want you to do as far as exercise is concerned initially is a 30 min walk. Some clients with health conditions and extreme weight can only walk a few minutes, we encourage whatever exercise/activity you can do per your health condition. Exercise is all about taking baby steps for the individual who has had years of inactivity and presents as very deconditioned.
