I have had the chance to talk to 4 different people at SOTA and each one has been very helpful in answering my questions and giving me the encouragement I needed. They are really good people to do business with.
Over all, I lost the desired amount. Knowing what the net carb goal each day would have been helpful to know from week one, so be sure you ask. Great Team, very helpful.
