Your program works great! I’ve tried many other weight loss programs and I would say that this is the best one to follow. You do everything that your coaches tell you to do and You Will see results. I’m still going strong, feeling great and would recommend this program to others.

I started with SOTA after a sobering visit with my doctor. 5 weeks into the program I've lost 18 pounds, 3 notches on the belt and my stomach looks a bit flatter. I have appreciated the online resources, excellent recipes and clear plan. Follow the plan and you will lose weight. The staff is very professional and encouraging.
