Well, since being on the Sota journey over a year now I’ve learned a lot about myself. I’m more conscious about what, how much I eat. I exercise and have a good outlook on keeping my weight where I need to be. I feel good! I’ve been able to maintain my weight goal. I’m a smaller portion of myself, wear a smaller size and have lots of energy! Sota support is awesome. They are there always to encourage and answer any questions that might arise along the way! I couldn’t be happier! So grateful I went with Sota!

I have not experienced this kind of success on other food plans. My coach was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The support was tremendous.

Everyone ar SOTA is encouraging, and even when I had a bad week or two they helped me refocus. I think the best thing is even in maintenance they are there for you. They make suggestions and remind you of where you are and how to keep it up.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. I look forward to going in. I feel so much better. I thought I would have a harder time losing (because of my age) my weight but it is slowly coming off.

Experience was good. I wish they would have shared more of what to expect when you met your goal. Just kind of said yea and come back in 2 weeks. Here are some things you can eat.
