When they suggested that I lose 60 lbs it was daunting and overwhelming to me. Today after 4 months I’ve shed 42 of those.nasty pounds. Biggest issue is finding cloths to wear during the interim. Looking forward to my new wardrobe. This is literally the easiest and only consistently successful plan I have ever attempted. These guys and their state of the art approach gets big marks from me.

I started SOTA May of 2022. On this journey Sota has always been supportive every inch of the way to the present time of management. I’ve been able to keep my goal weight for several months. Every weigh in day I’m right where I’m supposed to be. It’s exuberant to talk with my coach and be able to report the results each month. My contact, Colton, was very good but I feel like you needed to be more up front with how much this costs. I only had a few minutes to decide if I would continue on with signing the forms. Now, I wish I hadn’t said yes, because I can’t afford this. I know I can’t continue on with another 6 weeks just because of the cost. The price of what this costs needs to be up front.
