Finally, I know how and what to eat, per my body’s needs. The meaning of, “lifestyle change”, is very clear and defining, now! With my deepest heart, thank you! The staff are fantastic, encouraging, well taught, and most importantly, has no problem holding the client accountable for diet deviances. There is no room for excuses, when it comes to living a healthy life!

The staff at SOTA are very kind. I work with different people and each one of them have been very encouraging. Any weightloss is challenging, it is nice to have a team to help you stay accountable.
Just finished my 10th week in the program and I've lost 30 lbs. Just a few more pounds to get to my goal weight. The staff has been very supportive and helpful. The online resources are excellent, particularly the recipes. Very tasty meals that are healthy and easy to prepare.
