Great Experience
Beneficial weigh in every month to help with maintaining weight after completion of program.
My experience with SOTA was not, I think, unique. I did discover that a lot of food I liked to eat and drink were my over weight and other health problems. After 1 week I lost 5lbs. and look forward to loosing another 5lbs next week. It's all about sugar from what I can tell at this time.
