The SOTA team is very supportive and is always willing to listen to any questions you may have on your weight loss journey.
After 9 months I am very impressed with the process. I have been very impressed with the success I’ve had. Lauren has been extremely supportive and helpful in keeping me on track. I feel like I’ve made the lifestyle change needed to keep living.

Amazing! Food is good- I love the recipes! Great for cutting sugars and dairy. New love for veggies. Feeling satisfied after eating and some water- feeling lasts a long time. Price keeps me accountable to myself and husband! Food journal helps too!

Two months following this program now and I’m down 25 pounds and counting. I’m feeling better in too many ways to count. Best of all: I have not felt hungry a single time! Now I’m getting on line to order a new belt because the last hole is too loose!
I am very disappointed in the food that came. I want a full refund. Absolutely not worth 2,000.00 I’m sorry I thought I could try it but the food is awful.
