I loved talking with Teryn, can’t wait to get started! I am a type 2 diabetic with blood sugar- rising morning blood sugars in the 250 mark and A-1 C out of control - 11.2, looking forward to bringing these down with SOTA. Glad to finally find a program that has a true maintenance program!

This has been the best weight loss program ever! Very easy to do. Little, if any, cravings or hunger. So it is easy to stay on point and not cheat! Slow, methodical loss of fat. Wish it was faster but I will take the steady, dependable and healthy decrease any day. I’m down over 50 lbs in just over 3 months!!! Love it SOTA! Thanks a million!
