Great staff
This has been the best weight loss program ever! Very easy to do. Little, if any, cravings or hunger. So it is easy to stay on point and not cheat! Slow, methodical loss of fat. Wish it was faster but I will take the steady, dependable and healthy decrease any day. I’m down over 50 lbs in just over 3 months!!! Love it SOTA! Thanks a million!

The people were very professional and extremely nice and really wanted to help me.
I’m 63 years old and am 5 foot tall, both of those things making weight gain an issue for me.
