It was an easy program for me to follow. I enjoyed the food and ease of preparation. The counselor’s were excellent. Very encouraging and provided support.
I have lost a little over 30 lbs. and if you had told me that I could loose that much 3 months ago I wouldn't believe you. Everyone at SOTA is encouraging and helpful! I was skeptical at first but I am a believer now. I’m well on my way to my goal and lost almost 50lbs 3 months. It’s a life changing diet as long as you take it seriously and follow along. Cheating on it will do you no good and you’ll be spending money to spend money. It may be a little expensive but worth every penny as far as I’m concerned. The plan is easy(ish) to follow and I only mean YOU have to change your lifestyle. What makes it easy is when you see the pounds come off and the feeling you are getting healthier! Worth the $$
