Everyone is so nice and friendly. They explained how the program works and all the numbers from the weigh-in. Each week during weigh-in we review my food log and discuss some new options so my meals don't get boring. I look forward to finding out how much closer to my goal weight I am getting each week. My wife and I are very pleased with SOTA. The staff at the Donnelly office are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. SOTA really works in 6 weeks I have lost 25 lbs. All you need to do is be committed to the process and you will see amazing results!
