Program was very easy to follow. Feedback each week from trainers was great. It was expensive but necessary to keep you on the program to success. Excited to be back to the size I was in college!! Healthy weight!!

I’m excited about the program. I expect it to improve my health greatly and give me the guidance I need. Friendly staff and they listened carefully to my thoughts and answered my questions. I took a lot of time, which I appreciate since it was near closing time. I would have preferred a more private room than the large open atmosphere. A table to write, read, and show the paper work on would have been helpful when we were discussing the program. I never thought i could lose the 40 to 50 lbs I had put on over the years. As a type 1 diabetic, I figured I would just be stuck where I was. Not good for my health. SOTA works! It it crazy expensive, but if you follow the plan, you WILL lose the weight. Staff is awesome and very supportive. I can't thank my husband enough for taking me to SOTA.

I thoroughly enjoyed getting to meet with everyone at SOTA. The assessment interview seemed to be comprehensive and the feedback to me was helpful. I’m very optimistic that this process will be successful!
