I'm not gonna lie, it's expensive. Having said that, it's worth every penny. I'm 55 and I've lost over 65 lbs so far. Huge improvement in my breathing and my mobility. I feel like I've added 2 yrs to my lifespan. I recommend it to all who ask how I lost so much weight. I am a believer!

The staff at the Ft Worrh SOTA is outstanding!!! The weekly visits are encouraging and the staff listens to your concerns. Greatness all the way around!!! 32 lbs in 10 weeks and my wife 25lbs.
