SOTA continues to stick with me in maintenance. They are the most supportive bunch of people I have worked with. Dr. Mark Campbell even takes time to meet with me offering encouragement and advice. I am down to 187 from 295 and keeping it off. No meds. No surgery. I could go on. It I won’t. Go see for yourself. Life changing.

SOTA is a great plan. Just follow the guidelines and you will lose weight. Cheat and you won't . It is that simple.
Just getting started this AM Very convenient Have had breakfast and one snack. Will have lunch in 30 minutes. I’m very hungry, but working hard to break bad grazing habits. Oatmeal this am was not very filling and I cooked in microwave for 60 seconds, boiled over so I didn’t have much. Will add hot or boiling water to products, in the future ( and don’t use MW). Should feel better after lunch
