Great staff. Very supportive. Food is great. I have lost 25.4 pounds thus far, and I have not felt this good in years.
So far it is wonderful. I feel good and am learning the program. Even my husband is trying to imitate as closely as possible.
It has been good. The first two weeks were a learning curve. I could not retain all that was explained in the first meeting. After a few blunders, things have been going alright. I realized my neck could not take the occilating movement, so I am only doing the shaking I’m very pleased that in 9 weeks I have lost 20 lbs and my metabolic age has gone from 79 to 67. This program really works. Of course I had to work too, follow their guidelines, exercise, go to the weekly check ins. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they wanted me to succeed. Their advice on making changes to my program to keep the progress going were most helpful. At the end of my program I left for a 2 week vacation. I stayed on the plan much of the time but enjoyed good food and drink at other times. I checked by in when I returned and my weight had remained the same.
