Everyone at the FtWorth location was very helpful and looking forward to the results.
Can't say enough great things about the people of SOTA, and the ease of the program! Started at 273 lbs, and at week 6 weigh in was at 232 lbs. The support and insight the SOTA people supply makes the program easy to stick to, and the results don't hurt either. I visited the Fort Worth location and want to brag on this group. Have only good things to say about SOTA. Easy program for me to follow, and all the people at the location in FW are so nice, and seem to be sincere about helping you meet your goal.
Very easy program for me to follow so far. I am 5 weeks in and down 13.4 lbs.
We are “repeat Offenders” back on the Sota program after a summer of travel. We enjoyed our counsel from Cathie and encouragement to get back to a healthy weight following the SOTA lifestyle. She reviewed food, exercise and our plan. Very pleased.
