I love the people who work here. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I’ve never gone there and everyone not be in a good mood. They are very knowledgeable about anything you ask them and if they don’t know the answers they will get with someone who does. I fell very blessed that I found them.

The counselors are great! Encouraging and help a person brainstorm what you can change if the weight isn't coming off.

Great program that truly does work! Hardest part is getting over the emotional side of eating, which happens regardless of any diet you choose. Staff is super friendly and helpful!
