Very professional and informative. The employees know how to council very well and can answer questions to solve problems successfully.

All the staff is extremely nice and helpful. They are very encouraging also. Plans are flexible & user friendly. I just started, so I guess we will see. Not cheap. Somewhat pricey but if your serious about losing the weight, it’s worth it.

Can't say enough great things about the people of SOTA, and the ease of the program! Started at 273 lbs, and at week 6 weigh in was at 232 lbs. The support and insight the SOTA people supply makes the program easy to stick to, and the results don't hurt either. I visited the Fort Worth location and want to brag on this group. Kimberly was Great! She was very detailed telling us about the program which made it easy to understand. She made us feel very comfortable & let us ask all the questions we needed to.
Have only good things to say about SOTA. Easy program for me to follow, and all the people at the location in FW are so nice, and seem to be sincere about helping you meet your goal.
