The food was greats and the weight came off. However, the promise that they will stay with you when you reach your goal is not quite accurate; they stay with you if you reach their goal they set for you, which is sometimes a great deal, more money, and more weight than you really want to lose. A little bit of false advertising there.

The people were very nice. Disappointed. The advertisement for SOTA was NOT accurate at all. And, WOW! The cost? Outrageous! Seriously, $120 a pound? I will go with how I lost weight before, and apply the EFT tapping program for free. Thanks.😊

Great service regarding accountability. I am quite disappointed when it comes to your food selection for vegans. There are only 2-3 SOTA food products that are vegan & only one of those is tasty, in my opinion, which for me equated to 14 packs of cereal each week. For so much $ it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Still on the journey to ultimate goal but 80 lbs down. If you stay disciplined and do what you are supposed to you there will be success.

Complicated long onboarding process for at home process. I finally called the first time and got voicemail!!!! Of course they called back when it wasn’t convenient. Third phone call and 3 weeks later I actually got a person and instead of being signed up as I expected, I was told that a different person would have to call me to go over the program. So, another week and I get that call then another week before I can officially start because they send a start up package and THEN the nutritionist will call you a few days later.... read more

I am successfully losing weight, so they have succeeded in helping me with that. That is great. But the diet restrictions are extremely severe and have been very difficult for me to stick to. Also, the cost is extremely high, roughly $100/pound. The program does supply several food products, but they are making a lot of money on the customers. And if you fail to reach your goal in the allotted time and want to continue, you must pay again for the same pounds for which you paid previously.
