Friendly staff, very helpful
Everybody is very friendly and supportive and ready to answer any questions we have. Only been three weeks and the pounds have been falling off faster than I ever imagined possible. It's just like they say: if you follow the program like it's drawn up, you'll have no problem losing unwanted weight.

I like all the varied recipes I would like more of those.
It has been a good experience so far. The products are okay for the most part. I do have a couple of faves that I look forward to each day and the program is very easy to follow. A recipe book by SOTA would be great!

I mean, it’s a lot of money for what you get and what you have to do, I didn’t know to begin with that everything they send you has lots of protein in it so it took me a while to get going. But as it went, I just was always hungry and felt pressure to not eat anything in between Meals which were pretty small because everything had protein and I wouldn’t loose the weight.Some of the nutritionist were nice but some of them I would think that you almost want to stop eating everything and I feel like oh my goodness I don’t know ... read more
