My experience with SOTA changed my life even at an advanced age….I wanted to be healthy when I reached my 80th birthday…SOTA helped me lose 75 pounds…they are so inspirational to anyone on the journey of weight loss….I could not have been so successful on my own….I needed SOTA…

Great as always
I've been on SOTA for a few months now. It continues to be a great experience. The 'letting go' phase was great. One of the things I appreciate about SOTA, is that they don't sell products. This is a service company. After hitting my targeted weight, the maintenance phase has also been easy to maintain. And I travel a lot! The support team at SOTA is amazing, Colton and Rebecca have been so responsive and helpful in coaching and supporting me. I highly recommend SOTA!

I started getting overweight almost 22 years ago after having surgery on my lower back. I was 280 pounds in December and when I finally had enough of being a “fat ass” I decided to go to SOTA Weight Loss and like always I was very skeptical. I was wrong. They helped me loose weight.
