Very understanding and quick to get you re-focused on a plan to weight loss. Sometimes the process is so frustrating to begin with, but they make it very simple and achievable, which is reassuring to just follow the program and lose weight.!!!!!
This is the first weight loss program that has taught me how to maintain once you have reached your goal, and believe me I have tried them all. Cristin was a wonderful coach and helped me so much with my nutrition. Everyone has been awesome to work with. The weight came off easily. I actually ended up losing 5 pounds more than my goal and have been able to maintain. The monthly check ins since reaching my goal helps keep me accountable. Try this program, follow your coaches instructions, and enjoy your weight loss!
SOTA is an easy program to follow. The nutritionists are helpful and answer all my questions via text or during our weekly weigh in. I haven’t been hungry since the first day and have already lost 12 pounds during my first 3 weeks!
SOTA is a very successful program. I am very happy with the 45 lbs weight loss and hit my target on time. The post-loss maintenance program is also very helpful.

I love the program. It is easy to follow. Counselors are caring and want you to succeed. I am down 45.8 pounds since May 31. When I got off the program a little on my own, it showed. It works when I do what is expected
