I'm only halfway to my goal but in less than 2 months I have dropped over 30 pounds. The products they provide really help me to focus on weight loss and I have become accustomed to a new approach to eating. I fully intend to drop 70 pounds before Christmas.

Well, I’m getting close to my goal weight, only 2 pounds away. I’m now a much smaller size, but certainly not in vitality and energy. I can work out much harder at the gym without losing stamina, hike longer, bike longer. I’m enjoying life much more because I feel so good! I appreciate my Sota journey, and look forward to a lifetime of good healthy weight. Thanks to my coaches who keep encouraging me onward!
