The SOTA office Donnelly Ave Fort Worth is awesome, everyone there has been excellent to work with. I found their program easy to follow with excellent results and no hunger issues. It has been very successful.
The weekly check ins are huge. The food is really good and I wasn’t hungry. The program just works and works well. You definitely have to do your part and follow it closely, but if you do you will lose weight and feel great
So far everything is good for my first week! I have all the help I need and different foods to choose from.
