The team at the FW location are so supportive and offer great coaching. I’m two years post weight loss and their support has been key to keeping the weight off. Always remember to keep doing those check ins.

Well, I’m getting close to my goal weight, only 2 pounds away. I’m now a much smaller size, but certainly not in vitality and energy. I can work out much harder at the gym without losing stamina, hike longer, bike longer. I’m enjoying life much more because I feel so good! I appreciate my Sota journey, and look forward to a lifetime of good healthy weight. Thanks to my coaches who keep encouraging me onward!
The staff at the Fort Worth Hulen location are awesome!
10 weeks in and have lost 31lbs! Kept following the meal plan and over time it has gotten easier to stay on track. Weekly meetings with a dietitian has been very helpful!
Great communication.
The Program is easy to follow most of the food is good. I don't care for the soup mixes, and I wish there were more drink flavors available. Overall, the plan has been very successful for me.
