I've been on SOTA for a few months now. It continues to be a great experience. The 'letting go' phase was great. One of the things I appreciate about SOTA, is that they don't sell products. This is a service company. After hitting my targeted weight, the maintenance phase has also been easy to maintain. And I travel a lot! The support team at SOTA is amazing, Colton and Rebecca have been so responsive and helpful in coaching and supporting me. I highly recommend SOTA!

I started getting overweight almost 22 years ago after having surgery on my lower back. I was 280 pounds in December and when I finally had enough of being a “fat ass” I decided to go to SOTA Weight Loss and like always I was very skeptical. I was wrong. They helped me loose weight. I went for my intake interview last Thursday and enjoyed it. I learned some things about weight loss that I didn’t know. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I started my journey today and I’m very excited to see what the next few months will teach me and to see the results!!
My coach is wonderful! She answered all my questions and concerns and guided me through 35 pounds of weight loss so far. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight.
As always, the experience is always very professional and helpful to motivate me and keep going. Love the experience and knowledge I receive.
All of the staff at SOTA is so supportive and encouraging. I have list 25 pounds and 3 months into maintenance and maintaining the weight loss!!!
