Holy Sota! I never in my wildest dreams could have imagined how Sota could change my life! 50lbs gone! And I felt like I was eating more than I did when I carried all the FAT. Do this, do Sota today!
7 weeks on the program and 2 weeks on maintenance. As of today I’ve lost 25lb. I was able to ditch my Ibuprofen and cpap. At 68 yrs old I feel great. Problem is now none of my clothes fit.
