I work in Radio Sports and Pastor a church, my hours are crazy to say the least but SOTA has shown me that I can change my lifestyle of eating while keeping crazy hours. I’m down 30 lbs in 9 weeks and looking forward to reaching my goal. I could not have done this on my own. SOTA is a blessing from God!

If you have weight to lose, if you want to reclaim your health and if you are tired of being tired, PLEASE look at SOTA! After turning 50 four years ago, I was fat, sick and horribly out of shape. SOTA showed me the way! Dropped 80 pounds and kept it off! I will turn 54 soon and I continue to build muscle. I feel like I am 24! SOTA WILL WORK FOR YOU!!

Went in for my monthly maintenance weigh in and was worried about gaining a few pounds. Come to find out, I was down a little bit. Overall body had come down as well. Discussed my concerns and how to manage the scales. Was given some sound advise on how to keep from making this mental part from taking over all my thoughts. Once again the Fort Worth Office was there when I needed them
In maintenance now...the support is great!
