EVERTHING.......
Cordial group that welcomed me back. Put together a plan to help me get on track.
Great staff
Great in describing the program.
Absolutely amazing results! I’ve been tracking my weight for the last 8 years—up and down, up and down with a 20 lbs range. With SOTA my weight just kept going down! It is fabulous and the mindset teaching is for life. I’m nearing my High School playing weight at age 54! Just wow... Just do it—don’t worry, don’t wait.
Going in for my appointment at SOTA, I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect. The staff in the Fort Worth office was very welcoming and took the edge off of how I was feeling greatly.
People and products and program are great! Down 20 plus pounds in two months.
Informative and encouraging.
