As Yogi Barra use to say I was big when I was little. I’ve fought weight problems since I was a kid. I’m 57 and for the first time I’m learning to eat right and live right. In 14 weeks I’m down 35 pounds and feeling good. I work crazy hours in sports radio and pastoring a church and SOTA has taught me how and when to eat, keep off the weight and not hungry. SOTA is a blessing.
