Program is easy to use and staff support is the best.
Didn’t say anything about 4 cups of veggies A day BEFORE my payment was made! Need to be upfront about how this program works and what a person is in for.
SOTA is a great idea, plan, company and most importantly, people.
SOTA has helped me meet my goal weight and now they are helping me maintain it. It really does work when everything else I tried did not!
Good exchange of information on how I’m doing in maintenance (which is very good) and where I can add to my diet. As usual, I walk away very happy that I chose SOTA.

Really like the program. It still allows me to do some cooking and when I don’t want to I have the right food to eat. The people at SOTA are also encouraging.

My weight loss has been a totally successful! The staff has been very supportive these past months. Goals were set so I could achieve them through out program. Staff gave me support and has answered all questions along the way.
