SOTA has been a positive experience. The staff have been very supportive and the program is easy to adjust to. So far we have been very successful and I know we will lose all the weight we need to.
In five weeks I’ve accomplished what I haven’t been able to do in over 25 years! Under 200! The best thing is I have a lot more to go and Sota is helping to usher me into the best shape of my lifetime! It’s easy and anybody can do this program and the health benefits equate to more LIFE in your life!

I had an amazing consultation over the phone with Rebecca at the Fort Worth office. I am still trying to decide if the program is right for me at this time. I will say that the price is the ONLY hold up for me at this point. Seems like a great program and seems most people have huge success! If everyone at the office is as nice and informative as Rebecca then I would say SOTA also has amazing staff!!
The plan is easy to follow. Counselors are helpful and products are tasty and filling.
